2. Stay Tuned: After receiving your referral, our team will contact the person and business you referred. 
3. Successful Referrals: If the project is successful, we'll keep you in the loop once the referred project is confirmed and the delivery is underway. 
4. Select Your Reward: We’ll place your order directly with YETI, OONI & CHAR-GRILLER (or any authorised dealer e.g. bunnings). Stock availability will depend on current listings via the official website. The referrer will receive their rewards via direct shipment from the third-party authorised dealer or personally by a RhinoSite representative on-site (if applicable in Victoria).

RhinoSite Adventure Gear Referral Campaign 2025

Referrals accepted from 26 May 2025 to 26 August 2025, unless otherwise extended by RhinoSite.  

General: 
Participation in the campaign constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions - RhinoSite Adventure Pack Referral Program 2025 

Referral Rewards: Each successful referral entitles both the referring participant ("Referrer") and the referred participant ("Referee") to choose one (1) reward each from the specified adventure gear list below:  
- Char-Griller Pro Offset Smoker (valued at AUD $649) 
- Ooni Karu 2 Multi-Fuel Pizza Oven (valued at AUD $699) 
- YETI Tundra Haul Wheeled Hard Cooler (valued at AUD $650) 

Rewards are subject to availability. RhinoSite reserves the right to substitute any item with another of equal or less value if necessary. Maximum of two rewards per referral, capped up to the total value of AUD $1349. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products. 

How to Enter:  Participants must submit referrals via the online form at rhinosite.com.au/referral. All information provided must be accurate and complete 

Unlimited Referrals: Participants may submit multiple referrals. There is no limit to the number of rewards a participant can receive. Must be a new project we don’t know about! 

Claiming Rewards: RhinoSite will notify both parties once a referral is successfully commissioned. Rewards must be claimed within 30 days of notification. Rewards will be delivered directly to the recipients’ nominated addresses within Australia. 

Liability: RhinoSite accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected referrals or any issues arising from reward delivery by third-party providers. 

How it Works: 

1. Spread the Word: Share RhinoSite’s turnkey site compound solutions with your colleagues, mates, or clients. 
2. Submit Your Referral: Head to www.rhinosite.com.au/referral and fill out the referral form with your details and the person & business you're referring. 
3. Earn Your Reward: When your referral books a site shed hire project with RhinoSite, both will be rewarded with your choice of adventure gear listed, total prize valued up to $1349 AUD! 
4. Unlimited Rewards: There’s no cap! The more successful referrals you make, the more rewards you’ll collect—each successful project earns you another adventure gear of your choice. 

• The RhinoSite Adventure Pack Referral Program ("Program") is open to individuals aged 18 and over. 
• Participants must be residents of Australia to qualify for the reward. 
• Referrals can be for new or existing clients or businesses, provided the project is new and has not been previously quoted, completed or submitted through this referral program (Program Commencement Date: 26 May 2025) 
• Self-referrals are accepted. If you commission RhinoSite for a new project, you are eligible to select one reward from the adventure pack list.  
• Each project must have a minimum value of $50,000 AUD to qualify for the referral reward. 

Referral Process: 

• To participate, the referrer ("you") must complete and submit the referral form available on the RhinoSite website with accurate contact details (including name and email address) of both you and the referred party. 
• The referred business or individual must commission RhinoSite for a project and the project must be in the delivery process for the referral to be considered successful. 
• Upon your referred party's successful project commission, each individual will be eligible to select one reward from the adventure pack list valued up to $699. Rewards are subject to availability on authorised dealer websites.  
• Total prize value capped up to $1349 AUD per successful referral. 
• Max 2 reward per successful referral will be issued, regardless of the size or value of the project commissioned. 
• The reward listed is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other products. 
• This referral program is ongoing and has no specific end date. However, RhinoSite reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.  
• Any referrals submitted before the termination of this program will be honored as long as they meet the program's criteria. 
• There is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit. You may refer as many friends or businesses as you like, and you will receive a reward for each successful referral that results in a commissioned project, subject to these Terms & Conditions in this document.  
• The reward has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for credit or cash. You must choose the reward listed; no other products can be selected.  
• This referral program is not affiliated with or endorsed by Char-Griller, Ooni or YETI. It is solely implemented by RhinoSite to reward its valued clients. 
  Referral Success Criteria: 
• A referral is considered successful when the referred business or individual commissions a project with RhinoSite and the project contract is signed and the initial delivery process has been made. RhinoSite reserves the right to assess the referral for legitimacy and may reject any referral at its discretion if the referral does not meet the Program’s criteria. 
  Contacting Referred Parties: 
• By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have obtained consent from the referred party to share their contact details with RhinoSite. 
• RhinoSite will use the contact information provided for the purpose of reaching out to the referred party regarding potential project opportunities. 
  Reward Fulfilment: 
• Once the referred party successfully commissions a project and (a) the contract is signed, (b) the deposit is received and (c) project delivery is underway, RhinoSite will reach out to arrange the delivery of your reward. 
• Once your chosen reward has been ordered and delivery is in progress, no changes, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted. Please ensure you select the reward carefully, as all orders are final. 
• Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and delivery location. 
• If RhinoSite is unable to fulfill the reward due to circumstances beyond its control, an alternative of equivalent value may be offered at RhinoSite’s discretion. 
• Once the selected reward is ordered, RhinoSite is not responsible for any shipping delays, unforeseen circumstances, delivery issues, or lost parcels that may occur. 
• The referrer may choose to pick up their reward / prize at RhinoSite in Somerton, VIC. However, an appointment is required for collection. Please notify our team in advance to arrange collection of your prize. 
• Rewards will be distributed within 60 days of the referred project being successfully commissioned, invoiced and delivered. If the project is cancelled or not finalised, no reward will be issued. 

Program Changes and Termination: 

RhinoSite reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Program at any time without prior notice. 

Any referrals submitted before the Program’s termination will be honoured if they meet the Program's criteria. 

Data Collection: 

By participating in this Program, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information, including your name and email address, in accordance with RhinoSite’s Privacy Policy. 

All personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering this Program and adding participants to RhinoSite’s marketing database, unless otherwise stated. 

By participating in this referral campaign, participants agree to allow RhinoSite to use their names, likenesses, and any related content for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and press releases, without any further compensation or approval. 
 

Dispute Resolution: 

In the event of any disputes or disagreements regarding the Program or these Terms & Conditions, RhinoSite Pty Ltd.’s decision will be final. 

Governing Law: 

This Program and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
