1. Complete the Referral Form: Visit our website and submit the referral form with your details and the information of the person and business you're referring. Make sure to specify your preferred RM Williams boot style and size, as well as your home delivery address.
2. Stay Tuned: After receiving your referral, our team will contact the person and business you referred.
3. Successful Referrals: If the project is successful, we'll keep you in the loop once the referred project is confirmed and the delivery is underway.
4. New RM’s: We’ll place your order directly with RM Williams. Stock availability will depend on current listings from the RM Williams Australia website. The referrer will receive their boots via direct shipment, while the referred will be handed their boots personally by a RhinoSite representative on-site (if applicable)

Earn Unlimited Rewards: You can refer as many as you like! The more referrals you make, the more RM Williams boots you can collect!

• The RhinoSite RM Williams Referral Program ("Program") is open to individuals aged 18 and over.
• Participants must be residents of Australia to qualify for the reward.

• Referrals can be for new or existing clients or businesses, provided the project is new and has not been previously quoted, completed or submitted through this referral program. From 11 November 2024.

• Self-referrals are accepted. If you commission RhinoSite for a new project, you are eligible for the RM Williams boots reward, as long as all other criteria are met (in which case, only 1 pair of boots will be gifted).

Each project must have a minimum value of $30,000 AUD to qualify for the referral reward.

• To participate, the referrer ("you") must complete and submit the referral form available on the RhinoSite website with accurate contact details (including name and email address) of both you and the referred party.
• The referred business or individual must commission RhinoSite for a project and the project must be in the delivery process for the referral to be considered successful.
• Upon your referred party's successful project commission, each individual will receive one pair of RM Williams as a reward valued up to $649. Boot style and size are subject to availability on rmwilliams.com.au.
• Total prize value capped at $1298 AUD per successful referral.
• Only one reward per successful referral will be issued, regardless of the size or value of the project commissioned.
• The RM Williams boots reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other products.
• This referral program is ongoing and has no specific end date. However, RhinoSite reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
• Any referrals submitted before the termination of this program will be honored as long as they meet the program's criteria.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit. You may refer as many friends or businesses as you like, and you will receive a reward for each successful referral that results in a commissioned project, subject to these Terms & Conditions in this document.
• Each pair of RM Williams boots offered as a reward is valued at up to $649 AUD.
• The reward has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for credit or cash. If you choose a pair of boots priced higher than $649 AUD, you will not be able to pay the difference to upgrade to a more expensive pair. The reward is limited to boots available within the specified value range on rmwilliams.com.au

This referral program is not affiliated with or endorsed by RM Williams. It is solely implemented by RhinoSite as a way to reward its valued clients.

• A referral is considered successful when the referred business or individual commissions a project with RhinoSite and the project contract is signed and the initial delivery process has been made.
• RhinoSite reserves the right to assess the referral for legitimacy and may reject any referral at its discretion if the referral does not meet the Program’s criteria.
• By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have obtained consent from the referred party to share their contact details with RhinoSite.
• RhinoSite will use the provided contact information for the purpose of reaching out to the referred party regarding potential project opportunities.

Reward Fulfillment:

• Once the referred party successfully commissions a project and (a) the contract is signed, (b) the deposit is received and (c) project delivery is underway, RhinoSite will reach out to arrange the delivery of your RM Williams boots.
• Once your boots have been ordered and delivery is in progress, no changes, refunds, or exchanges will be permitted. Please ensure you select your preferred style and size carefully, as all orders are final.
• Delivery times may vary depending on boot availability and location.
• If RhinoSite is unable to fulfill the reward due to circumstances beyond its control, an alternative of equivalent value may be offered at RhinoSite’s discretion.
• Once the RM Williams boots are ordered, RhinoSite is not responsible for any shipping delays, unforeseen circumstances, delivery issues, or lost parcels that may occur.
• The referrer may choose to pick up their RM Williams boots at RhinoSite in Somerton, VIC. However, an appointment is required for collection. Please notify our team in advance to arrange collection of the boots.
• Rewards will be distributed within 60 days of the referred project being successfully commissioned, invoiced and delivered. If the project is cancelled or not finalised, no reward will be issued.

Program Changes and Termination:

• RhinoSite reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Program at any time without prior notice.
• Any referrals submitted before the Program’s termination will be honoured if they meet the Program's criteria.

Data Collection:

• By participating in this Program, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information, including your name and email address, in accordance with RhinoSite’s Privacy Policy.
• All personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering this Program and adding participants to RhinoSite’s marketing database, unless otherwise stated.
• By participating in this referral campaign, participants agree to allow RhinoSite to use their names, likenesses, and any related content for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and press releases, without any further compensation or approval.

Dispute Resolution:

• In the event of any disputes or disagreements regarding the Program or these Terms & Conditions, RhinoSite Pty Ltd.’s decision will be final.

Governing Law:

• This Program and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
